I travelled across the country just to use Afrotherapy. If you want someone to trust with your hair, come here. It’s so welcoming and I’ve been coming back for over a decade now. Everytime I leave I get so many compliments and I feel like a new woman.

Brilliant service would definitely recommend!

First time attending Afrotherapy and I can confidently say it won’t be my last! I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable the entire time. A great level of care was given to my hair and my concerns about my hair was listened to and practical advise was given. Jennifer styled my hair, she did an incredible job and was very warm.

Had a treatment, blow dry and trim with Solange and she was fabulous! Really gentle and knowledgable, she took good care of my hair. Would come again!

I took my Grandson to Afrotherapy as he needed a hair trim. I decided to get a trim and his hair cornrowed as well and was pleased with the entire service. My Grandson is 5yrs and usually cries when getting his hair done but Solange was so gentle and kind with him and did an amazing job on his cornrows, so much so that my Grandson didn't cry once, smiled the entire time, and said he can't wait to go back! Will be using Solange again for his next appointment.

First time visiting Afrotherapy salon, after it came highly recommended by my best friend, when I got to my appointment, the staff there was very friendly and welcoming, making me feel very comfortable and relaxed after confirming my appointment. They got started straight away with my treatment, my stylist Solange was so nice, very knowledgeable and professional, she took great care with my hair and made great suggestions, communication with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my style to achieve the desired outcome, I left feeling very satisfied and happy with my entire experience. And to the other stylists whose name I did not catch, thank you for the care and gentleness when washing my hair and thanks for the advice. Overall I’d give my experience 10/10

It was an incredible service, friendly conversations, clean location not only were they informed in the different treatments. They are so performed them perfectly, leaving me extremely happy when walking out of the salon.

I did my first ever texture release as someone who had been in braids for over 10 years without breaks. I had such a great experience with Jennifer. She explained the process to me and made me feel really comfortable. I loved the outcome and will defo be coming back!

Visited Afrotherapy for the first time today and I enjoyed it! Got a treatment, trim and silk press done by the lovely Solange. I’m a bit hesitant about doing anything to my hair that’s not braids/protective styles but I was in good hands. The service was nothing short of amazing, Solange talked me through the step by step process for each part of my service. I was served a cup of tea too! I had a virtual consultation prior to my appointment and I received great hair care advice. I will definitely be coming back, THANK YOU!
