Afrotherapy Thinks PINK With Breast Cancer Care 

At Afrotherapy we understand how important it is to give back to the community which is why we  support a number of charities and good causes each year.

If you visited Afrotherapy during October you’ll have noticed a rosy pink hue to the salon when we embraced all things pink to raise money for Breast Cancer Care.

Hair Raising Appeal with Afrotherapy Salon and Great Ormond Street Hospital

The team at Afrotherapy are keen supporters of the Great Ormond Street Hospital for sick children in London.

Several members of the Afrotherapy team completed a 5k run to raise funds for the hospital’s HAIRraising appeal. Their efforts have helped the appeal hit its first milestone of raising £1 million towards new theatres at Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Afrotherapy Hair Salon Supporting the Homeless

Afrotherapy continues to raise funds to support the excellent work that the Homeless Resource Centre in Edmonton does in in helping homeless people.

The HRC is a voluntary organisation which seeks to empower the homeless and help them to fulfil their potential,  by providing resources, support and expertise.

As well as offering a friendly drop-in day centre, the team at the HRC offer qualified counselling and advice as well as practical training and general support.
