Frequently Asked Questions

How much do you charge to deliver?
The cost of packing and delivery is clearly displayed at ‘checkout’ for your approval prior to confirming your order. Our packing and delivery charges are as follows: UK, including Northern Ireland and Channel Islands Standard Delivery – £2.95 Express Delivery – £6.95

How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our delivery within the UK is usually 2-4 working days. Our delivery overseas is usually within 5 -7 days. Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend and at National Holidays. We do our best to deliver within 30 days of the date of your order but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control. We do not accept payment on delivery, bank transfer, postal orders or cheques.

Is it safe to order online?
We utilise industry-standard technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our Web site cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it. This technology includes the following features:

  • Authentification – this assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct computer server, and that the server is secure
  • Encryption – this encodes the data, so that it cannot be read by anyone other than the secure server
  • Data Integrity – this checks the data being transferred to ensure it has not been altered

Can I change my order?
This will depend on the status of your order. If your order status is ‘Awaiting Dispatch’ then it may be possible to amend it. To change your order please contact Customer Service on 020 8345 5632 with your Order Number and include details of the amendment(s) required. A Customer Service Representative will then reply to your e-mail to either confirm that the amendment has been processed, or to advise if it has not been possible to amend the order for any reason. Why do you not stock certain products or brands?
We are constantly researching new products to ensure you continue benefit from our service. We also choose to be selective in our choice of products to maintain a high level of quality. If you would like to recommend a product that is not available on our website, please contact us providing full details of the product.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship to the UK. We will publish further details once we start to offer a fully international service.
